If you are a volunteer wishing to work with youth in conjunction with Energy Education Australia Inc (EEA), please use the following guidelines in your application.
- Applicants are encouraged to complete an online rather than a hardcopy form. Guidelines as to how to complete the online form can be gained here.
- Applicants are required to present original 100 Point ID documentation and a photographic copy of these documents for certification and lodgement with your online submission. A fee of $42.00 is applicable, payable to the Australian Federal Police - credit card payments are accepted online. Postal applications can also be paid by cheque or money order.
- For part of this Federal application you are required to print your application, sign and complete sections in your own hand writing and then scan ready to send online. If you have difficulty in doing this you can either request a written application or ask EEA for assistance.

- Once your application has been processed, you will receive notification direct to yourself from the Federal Police Records Release Unit.
- You are required to show your National Criminal History Record Clearance to your local EEA Administration Member who will record the date of issue and the name of the issuing unit.
Energy Education Australia Inc. is required to keep records of all volunteers’ names and date of Police Clearances by law.
